Enterprise Playbook

# Five questions your board will ask before AI goes live.

A function-specific guide to intelligent automation for IT and Enterprise Architecture leaders.

Business teams want AI agents in production. But IT has to prevent security incidents, compliance gaps, and shadow IT problems. The solution is an infrastructure layer built to govern AI agents at enterprise scale.

What’s inside:

- The five governance questions IT must answer before any AI agent touches a production system – and how a properly architected platform answers all five by design
- How to classify every IT workflow as deterministic, adaptive, or human-essential – and automate each type under one governance model
- 3 use cases (governed agent-to-system access, integration error resolution, enterprise automation governance) with the recommended automation pattern and governance model

IT doesn't block AI by saying no. It enables AI by building the infrastructure that makes yes responsible.
