Enterprise Playbook

# Automate your finance workflows. Govern every step.

A function-specific guide to intelligent automation for Finance and Accounting teams.

Your AR team’s buried in admin instead of analysis. Your close process drags because data lives in three systems. Your expense reports get approved inconsistently because the rules live in people’s heads, not in the platform.

This playbook delivers:

- How to classify each finance process as deterministic, adaptive, or human-essential – and match it to the right automation approach
- 3 use cases (customer billing inquiry response, expense policy compliance, financial close orchestration) with the recommended automation pattern and governance model
- The five governance questions IT needs answered before any AI agent touches your ERP

Each automation you build shares a platform infrastructure. The connection to your ERP built for invoice matching is the same one used in close orchestration and collections.

Build once. Govern safely. That's how you operationalize AI.
